Speaking
I have spoken at many retreats and special events over the years. I consider each opportunity at privilege and approach each prayerfully. Below are a few topics that are some of my favorites though this short list is not limiting, it merely gives a reflection of some of my favorite topics. Hope for the Journey - from the pit of despair to hope revived.
Psalm 40:2
It is hard to make much sense of life and the trials we face when it feels like we are at the bottom of the pit. The good news is this; God’s promises are still true. He has not lost sight of you. Let’s take a few minutes and see how God might lift us out of the pit and once again, give us hope.

Prayers for the Battles of life. What are they and what scriptures can we anchor prayers to.
Eph. 6:10
There are those prayers we say while sitting around a table of food and thanking God for. Then there are the ones when we find ourselves on a battlefield. We may be there because of something in our lives or perhaps someone we love. It is a battle non the less. I have had to fight many a battle over the years. I would love to share with you what God has taught me!

Outfitting your toolbox for a tough road ahead.
Isaiah 43:1-3
There is nothing like having a toolbox that is well stocked and nothing more frustrating than discovering important things missing from it. Something that is even worse, it is having that important thing and not knowing how to use it. God has a path before each of us and not all those paths are nice and smooth. Some hard and perplexing. Let’s take some time and talk about the toolbox God has given to each of us for the road ahead.
